Privacy notice

Effective July 1, 2026 · Terms of use

This notice describes how RegiSentinel, Inc. (“we,” “us”) may process personal information when you visit our websites, request access, or use the RegiSentinel workbench. If your organization has a data processing agreement or enterprise contract, that agreement may supersede parts of this notice for your deployment.

Information we collect

Trial and contact requests. When you submit a request on our product page, we collect the fields you provide (such as name, email, organization, role, and message) to respond to your inquiry.

Account and authentication. When you sign in, we process identifiers from your identity provider (for example name and email) to provision and secure your account.

Usage and operations. We may log technical data (such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and feature usage) for security, reliability, support, and metering. Administrative actions may be recorded in audit logs.

How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and improve the Services;
  • Respond to access requests and support inquiries;
  • Authenticate users and enforce account policies;
  • Comply with law and protect our rights and users.

Regulatory content

The Services index and display public regulatory materials from third-party publishers. We do not claim ownership of those source documents. Your queries, saved work, and case notes you create in the workbench are handled as part of providing the Services to you or your organization.

AI and model providers

Some features send prompts and scoped document context to third-party language or embedding providers to generate answers or embeddings. Those transfers are subject to the provider’s terms and security practices. Configure retention, regions, and approved providers according to your compliance requirements.

Sharing

We use service providers (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and identity services) to operate the Services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Trial request data is kept for sales and support follow-up unless you ask us to delete it and we have no conflicting obligation.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

Depending on your location and relationship with us, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information. Contact us at info@regisentinel.com. Organization administrators may control some account data through your identity provider or deployment settings.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
