RegiSentinel Regulatory Intelligence Platform

Terms of use

Effective July 1, 2026 · Privacy notice

These terms (“Terms”) govern use of the RegiSentinel web application, APIs, documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by RegiSentinel, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing the Services, you (“User” or “you”) agree to these Terms and applicable law. Paid or enterprise deployments may also be governed by a separate written agreement; if there is a conflict, the written agreement controls.

Evaluation and trial access

Trial or evaluation access is provided at our discretion, may be limited in duration, features, or data coverage, and may be revoked at any time. You may use evaluation access only to assess whether the Services fit your organization’s needs. Do not rely on trial output for production compliance decisions without independent verification.

Intellectual property

The Services — including software, models, pipelines, interfaces, designs, documentation, and trademarks — are owned by RegiSentinel, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Public regulatory materials accessible through the Services remain the property of their respective publishers; we do not claim ownership of source filings or guidance.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes during an active subscription or approved trial. This license does not transfer ownership of the Services or underlying technology.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code, models, or non-public data structures;
  • Remove proprietary notices or misuse credentials or access controls;
  • Use the Services to build a competing product or to access data you are not authorized to view;
  • Interfere with security, availability, or fair use of shared infrastructure.

Your content and feedback

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the Services. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

No professional advice

The Services help teams research public regulatory materials and organize workflow. Output may be incomplete or incorrect. Nothing in the Services is legal, regulatory, compliance, tax, or investment advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions, filings, and controls.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Changes and termination

We may modify the Services or these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New York County, New York, unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.
